CULTURAL LOFT RETREAT
Located within the Hacıkend complex in Ganja, this cottage project covers a total area of 317 m². The architectural and interior concept is designed in a modern loft style, enriched with subtle national elements. This approach ensures a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics, while also highlighting cultural identity. The interior emphasizes open-space planning, large panoramic windows, and abundant natural light. Industrial-style structures are delicately combined with traditional motifs, creating a unique atmosphere that reflects both contemporary design principles and timeless heritage.Textured materials, decorative wall surfaces, and a carefully selected color palette strengthen the overall character of the space. National ornaments are thoughtfully integrated into the design, adding depth and individuality. The layout has been planned with both family living and guest reception in mind. Spacious living areas, a fully functional kitchen, and elegantly designed bedrooms ensure everyday comfort. The outdoor space is enhanced with custom landscape design, reinforcing harmony with nature and completing the project’s overall vision. One of the standout features of the apartment is the box bedroom, which provides a cozy and private sleeping area while utilizing built-in storage to keep the space organized. The open-plan kitchen and living room further enhance the sense of spaciousness, featuring sleek, handle-free cabinetry, integrated appliances, and modern furnishings that align with the minimalist aesthetic. The white-toned walls and furniture contribute to a bright and airy atmosphere, while the chevron-patterned flooring adds a striking contrast, bringing depth and visual interest to the space.
